Analysis of Management Style / LSA
This method enables you to assess:
- in what way the evaluated individual is evaluated by his or her subordinates
- how this person is able to change management style in different situations
The goal is to help the evaluated individual to identify his or her usual (preferred) management style, and to help the evaluated individual to assess the appropriateness of his/her method of leadership – to identify in which situation the management style in question is appropriate or, on the contrary, risky.
