Mgr. Martin Rejhon, MBA
Previous experience and work:
Martin graduated from the Faculty of Education at Palacky University Olomouc, including a semester of language study abroad in Germany. Following graduation, he worked as a pedagogue and after moving to his current home in Mlada Boleslav, he worked at the VW – Škoda Auto concern in the field of human resources marketing, hiring and special human resources programs. After this, he worked for over 5 years in top management positions in the HR field, at the companies Continental Teves and Valeo Connective Systems.
In 2001 he joined the company Dynargie holding as a consultant. His “specialization” was programs created for senior managers focusing on communication, negotiation and project management.
He has led or cooperated on the leadership of projects for large industrial enterprises, financial institutions, and multi-national retail chains and also for state institutions, including the Government of the Czech Republic.
From January 2005, together with other members of teams from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary, he became a consultant for the international company Krauthammer International.
In January 2007 he established the independent HR consulting brand, New Impuls®.
NI is currently undergoing certification for the National Consultants Register, the Czechinvest organization and accreditation with the Czech Chamber of Commerce for management and personnel development and educational projects. From mid-September 2007 the New Impuls brand has been operating on the market as a legal entity, a limited liability company.
Specialization:
In addition to organizing company operations, Martin is responsible for development projects aimed primarily at management and sales skills, leadership and management, communication and negotiation, situational styles of management – leadership, teamwork, project management, presentation skills, creative methods of work, and he also organizes outdoor initiation programs and facilitates corporate workshops. He also provides support in the area of personal coaching.
He speaks fluent German and conversational English.
Josef Kadleček
Previous experience and work:
In the 1990s, Josef lived and worked in the USA, where he acquired rich experience in sales and management positions. He actively participated in the preparation and implementation of a number of training programs focusing on development of negotiating, sales and management skills.
Joseph is actively engaged in the search for new knowledge in the field of human behavior and its subsequent application in the business environment, thereby helping senior teams to develop their full potential, contributing to strengthening their competitiveness in today's dynamic market. Since the mid-nineties he has actively engaged in coaching, consulting and training activities.
Towards the end of the nineties, he took part in a course focusing on communication skills and strategy in Chicago, went through intensive training based on the work of Dr. Roger Callahan, today known as Thought Field Therapy and the provocative coaching of Dr. Frank Farrelly.
Specialization:
In the course of his work at Krauthammer International he managed projects primarily for the development of managerial and sales skills, negotiating, coaching and team management. Domestically, he has cooperated with clients doing business on the real estate market, in the financial sector, and in the automotive and industrial sectors. Abroad he has led projects in Belgium, Germany, Hungary and Serbia.
In 2013 he went through highly intensive courses abroad in the USA and Australia and obtained a worldwide license for NLP coaching. His preferred foreign language is English.
JUDr. Monika Emanuelová
Previous experience and work:
Monika completed her university studies in 2002 and successfully graduated from the Faculty of Law of the West Bohemian University in Pilsen. Already in the times of her university studies, she had begun working in the legal department at IPB Group Holding (banking sector), later worked as a company attorney Interior PFD (furniture industry) and currently she is employed by the Prague Water Management Company. Even here, she performs in the identical work position in the area of business and labor legislation.
Since 2004, she has dedicated herself to lecturing activities for various educational companies. In an effort to continue her professional development, in 2005 she supplemented her education with courses for internal auditors of EMS, QMS, OHSA and subsequently and also a course in quality management according to ISO 9000:2001 standards. In 2007 she went through professional training for interactive lecturing in the form of seminars.
Specialization:
Thanks to her two small children, Monika actively supports the project “Active Mom”, in which she is a permanent member of the lecture team. In this role, she primarily specializes in the field of social support for women and legal consulting.
Monika began working for the New Impuls brand in 2010. She leads independent workshops and training sessions in the area of employment and civil law, for company human resources workers, as well as primarily for managers at all levels. She specializes in condensed workshops for line management (foremen) with basic orientation in labor law in its practical application in everyday work with employees.
Monika has led and lectured in larger project for the following entities: Brano Group, a.s, Česká pošta, s.p., Česká rafinérská, a.s., Halali, všeobecná pojišťovna, a.s., Idiada CZ a.s., Komerční banka, a.s, Sapeli a.s., Solpap, s.r.o., Svaz průmyslu a dopravy České republiky, Synthos Kralupy a.s.

Ing. Štěpánka Duffková
Previous experience and work:
Although Štěpánka graduated in natural sciences, she has been dedicating herself to business and human resources for a number of years. She worked for the Danone brand in the area of sales. From 1994 she worked for Sodexo and subsequently, from 2001, for the French company Carrefour, and then for the international Delhaize Group (Delvita) as HR Director for the Czech Republic. From 2008 she worked in the same position for Provident Financial, and in 2013 she became freelance and has dedicated herself fully to the work of a coach and trainer. She has her own, unique practice and occasionally, she cooperates with New Impuls on projects of a larger scope.
Specialization:
On the one hand she is able to help our clients on the individual level as a very experienced coach, but also has many years of experience with a comprehensive approach to HR work, strategy creation, reward systems, incentive programs, etc. Her second area of specialization is personal mentoring, and leadership of and providing support for new managers. Štěpánka’s third area of expertise is personal advice.
Štěpánka is also partial to open events, and thanks to her long-time association with multinationals, she is used to providing services in English.
Ing. Lenka Lamešová
Previous experience and practice:
Lenka studied industrial economics at the University of Economics in Prague and spent the first part of professional practice as a teacher of vocational subjects at the Business Academy in Prague. In the meantime, she began to pursue lecturing activities, mainly focused on banking, economics, law, accounting. Since 1998 she has worked in management positions both in the private sphere and in the non-profit sphere. She worked for example as Executive Director of the Fund for Endangered Children, later as the director of a private educational institution and a temporary manager in several business-oriented companies.
Since 2000, Lenka has been permanently engaged in lecturing. Her dominating sphere are topics related to soft skills, managerial preparation, negotiation techniques, presentation techniques, team facilitation, but also training topics of professional, commercial, economical, business law etc. Since 2007 as a consultant, trainer, HR consultant and coach free legs.
Over the years, she has been continuously complementing her expertise in the fields of her field of study, and she has been working on syllabus in the field of individual and team coaching. It helps her clients to develop in less common disciplines of "neurotransmission" and "brain jogging"
She is a permanent lecturer at the Business Institute in Prague, where she teaches pedagogically within the MBA courses focusing on Personnel Management, Soft skills and other fields.

Petr Kuthan
Previous experience and work:
Petr graduated at high school in Ceske Budejovice majoring in Mechanical Engineering. He started working at Robert Bosch s.r.o. company, joined 2,5 month internship program at Bosch Eisenach (Germany). After completion he was responsible for applying an extensive know-how throughout the whole company. Three years later Petr was selected to participate in the Föderkreis program (Personnel Reserve program) to prepare for the Assistant Production manager position. At the same time he gained experience in the field of logistics by being responsible for material consumption planning in SAP, inventory planning according to ABC methodology, transport planning, inventory reduction, cost reduction, etc.
After six years in logistics Petr joined the coaching team to become a Bosch Production System coach. As a coach he was primarily responsible for the introduction and methodical management of the TPM processes. Another part of his responsibilities as coach was gaining an experience in Benchmarking at Bosch plants in Brazil and Italy.
He joined the BPS 100 training program in Stuttgart and after completion of the training he participated in implementation of the program at Bosch in Ceske Budejovice.
Petr became a member of the GS / Best Practice Team TPM, which formed standards for Bosch's entire gasoline division and a member of the TPM-KNW (Kompetenznetzwert) team, whose goal was to standardize TPM for all of the divisions within the Bosch global group. He implemented 5S, TPM, visualization, andon, kanban, supermarkets, kaizen into production.
Thanks to his theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience Petr was able to work for number of multinational companies on these positions: logistic manager at Engel Kaplice, Head of Control Department (Umdasch sro Č.Budějovice), Technical Production Preparation (Groz-Beckert sro), Head of Lean Department (Rohde & Schwarz, Vimperk, TOP Control, Liberec and Laufen - Germany).
At the same time Petr decided to become a trainer of the Lean Production and its principles. Based on the agreement with the management of the companies, the common practice often is to deliver the theoretical part first and practical application right at the workplaces second. Among his clients you'll find companies such as Denso Manufacturing Czech s.r.o., Tower Slovakia, C.I.E.B. Kahovec, Grammer, Toyoda Gosei, CSAT, Brisk, Faurecia, Linde, Liplastec, Varroc etc.
Currently Petr broadens his education in the Industrial Engineering and LEAN concept at API (Academy of Productivity and Innovation, s.r.o.) in Slany.

As a trainer at New Impuls Petr specializes in Lean Production such as cost saving by eliminating waste, lean manufacturing audits, production and logistics processes improvement, reduction of the stockpiles by one-piece flow, kanban circuit setup, 5S implementation, TPM, Poka-Yoke, PDCA, fish bone, 5xWhy and other methods of Lean Production.
The preferred foreign language is German.
Milan Cholt
Previous experience and practice:
Milan Cholt graduated from the Technical University of Agriculture in Žatec He began his career as a production manager at Pittsburgh Corning. During his career, he had the opportunity to get to know the environment of industrial, manufacturing companies in the North Bohemian region, and within the training he had the chance to participate in foreign internships.
Milan has more than 17 years of experience. He spent more than 15 years as a production manager. He has worked for the multinational companies Pittsburgh Corning, Dräger and Toyoda Gosei Czech. He spent the last 2 years as a TPS (Toyota Production System) manager in a Japanese manufacturing company. Toyoda Gosei in Klášterec nad Ohří. He has always focused on people and knows that people achieve the right results. He led teams from 100 to 300 employees with direct subordinates.
During his practice, he has participated in several implementations of information systems and knows that today this is an inevitable part of the progress and success in implementing Industry 4.0. Modern technology is his hobby and uses them wherever possible. He likes to educate himself and his successful lifestyle is helped by proper time management and setting personal goals.
Specialization:
Lean methods in practice. Implementation, training. Toyota Production System tools and all methods leading to the improvement of processes and thus people.
Thanks to practice, education and training at Toyoda Gosei, he has been working with lean and TPS methods for over ten years. Since 2019, he has been operating as an independent consultant under the brand “zlepsito.eu”.
The concept of his trainings is purely practical and is usually implemented exclusively at workplaces. where the client requests the application of lean methods. Smaller groups of participants are preferred to ensure high interaction. The usual part of the projects is a physical visit by Milan Cholt to the client's operations before the start of the training activities. With this step, we guarantee the optimal composition of topics as well as the corresponding depth and focus of the expected activities.
